This role focuses on bringing in new clients by responding to inquiries, learning each household’s pet and home care needs, and guiding them through the booking process. You will provide warm, professional communication that embodies the Monument Pet & Home Concierge standard.
Manager/Operations Specialist
This role is responsible for overseeing employees and schedules, managing payroll, handling follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction across all pet and home care services. The person in this role must also be flexible and ready to fill in when employees call out (occasionally), and to resolve any in-person issues or concerns involving clients.
